Pretty sure you will find they are Neale wheels.
Used to see the odd set on Carrera bugs.

I'm sure the old Slayer bug from the 80s and early 90s show scene had them too

They look like a set of weld or dragway mags, with a plate welded in to make em fit a dub' ...

I've got very similar rims on the wench but they don't have those wierd pieces welded on the back, maybe they are in lieu of spaces, mine are Neils, are those rivet thingies around the perimeter just plastic imitations ?, also mine are a plain rim, no large holes.



I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!

The piece on the back is part of the casting. The welds look like they've changed the offset.

you simply can not have a odd pattern mag with 4 studs.

but a 4 lug cosmic is 4 spokes and a 5 lug is 5 spoke (if this is the wheel you are talking about)

They look like dragway indys to me. alloy cast over steel and welded to chrome steel rim.
