Sorry can't recomend anyone in Melbourne, however balancing a VW engine is no different to any other engine. Just try and fine a reputable engine
balance shop.

Orgers in Bayswater did mine. Havn't assembled the engine yet however I am told a lot of motorsport people get them to do their engine balancing and
they seem to have a very good reputation
