HELP PLEASE - removing window mechanism

I need help.

I have removed door panel, removed glass, removed all bolts holding
the mechanism into the door but all I seem to be able to do is rock it back
and forth inside the door. I think the window track towards the front of the door
May need to come out?

Thanks in advance.

There is a screw at the top under the felt window channel
You just pull the end back and you will see it.
Just be carefull it doesn't snap

Just open the window and pull on the top so it rocks.
You really just need to move it so as the winder can come out.
You don't need to take the whole quarter vent out
