F/S NSW US spec beetle tail lights lenses


I have for sale a pair (left and right) US spec tail light lenses in NEW condition
were sold to me as a NOS part but had no boxes so I'm classing them as new. They fit US 71-72 beetle

Price 80 bucks

The only bugs that use those bigger tombstone lights are North American 71 and 72.
They won't fit anything here in Aus unless its a US import 71-72.

73 on everywhere just used the big round elephants feet tail lights.
Whoever sold you them should have told you that.

Hi Guys,

well I bought a set of new rubbers for those lights..
as Joel said. they look like the 68-72 tail lamps on Aussie beetles but were longer... I don't know where I got those rubbers from probably at a VW swap meet..?? I didn't check them for about a year ... lol
so, anyone got a 71-72 US spec Beetle??
