Administrivia: How to contact us for password resets etc
Hi there,
I've had to disable "Contact us" as it was not working, and hasn't seemed to work for some time. If you need a password reset or just want to talk
to me, please use the following three approaches:
a) E-mail aussieveedubbers@gmail.com
b) If that doesn't work within around 12 hours, please SMS me on 0451 057 580 to alert me that you need help
c) If you get zero response within 24 hours of the first two options, please call me on 0451 057 580.
I don't mind calls between 8 am and 9 pm. I'm up between 7 am and around midnight most days, so e-mailing or SMSing will work better outside of
those times.
Unfortunately, it looks like our e-mail system has basically become an ex-email system. I need to do a proper re-write of this as no mail is getting
through. As I have approximately 2 poofteenths of no time, I think the above pathways are going to be necessary for a while.
