Always call before 800 am. He answers first thing but not after that. I have bought many products from him this way. Remember he sell cheap gear do don't expect the best quality. If you know that first then it's all good. Specify a brand first and before you hang up ask if he has it in stock. Don't bother if he doesn't.

I phoned him and he pick it up, he then asked me to hold and procedded to talk to some other customer in the shop about hot rods for twenty minuets, when he picked up the phone i hung up on him, this is just one of the reason why i buy from overseas. i used to buy all my parts here once but not any more.
I just purchased two complete engines in parts from the States and received great service, arrived over fourteen days by USPS

I must be lucky too.

Called Thursday - picked up the phone:cool: first time - asked questions about an exhaust system. Ordered it online Thurs night - received confirmation immediately.
Received dispatched email and tracking number Friday - arrived at my door first thing this morning (Monday).

No complaints here. Just make sure you know exactly what you're getting for you money.

Even then he still seems comfortable enough to substitute a cheaper part and charge the more expensive price. Fact.
