[WTB - QLD] Bay Kombi 2 litre or early T3 (dual cab or 5 seater minimum), daily drive cond. Have Beetle trade.

As the title says just putting the feelers out. Don't really want a resto project but don't want a $30k car either, need a daily which is functional but look at all options.

Must be at least 5 seater so a van, dual cab, caravelle etc is fine, manual trans, not a camper (must be a proper rear seat or correct complied R&R bed seat not one of the ones that isn't legal), need it for towing so an auto isn't any good. Air cooled preferred but open to other options. Early or later bay window is my preference but will see what comes up.

I have a 68 bug, stickshift auto available for part trade with a trailer load of spares available plus heaps of period accessories too.

Ready to buy the right car now. Contact Paul by PM, I'm in Brisbane Morayfield but willing to travel to look at the right car.

Still looking, if I can't find one by December which is when the bug rego runs out I might have to buy a 6 cylinder classic of a different marque. Would love to stick with dubs though.

Still looking.

Is there anything at all that anyone's heard about?

Beginning to think I might have to stray away from the VW models and buy another classic.

I saw that one when t was up. Really after something ready to go, not a vehicle that needs major work straight up. The bug rego runs out in December, want to get something before it does so I don't have to renew it.
