Yeh its a great survivor! pitty to slam it on a 3" narrowed beam and 17" rims! LOL!

Not sure about the diesel subi convo tho! interesting concept for another car. i might explore that option one day.

How come you swapped the peanut blinkers for late ones?

although they do look like they sit too far back to be originally peanut style, also ties in with a lack of a wolfsburg crest, must be late 63 early 64?

Couldnt get any of the narrow ones at the time and i had some of t he wide one sitting around, just econonics and the fact they are clear ones makes them look ok, your right tho, not period correct. Ill try to track a pair of peanuts down in the new year.
