Crank case machining

Hi all, im planning on doing my first engine build, just a warm 1776. i want to do my own machining of the engine case and wondered if anybody can tell me what sort of fit ie clearance i need between the cylinders and the case? Is there any other things that i should be thinking about whilst boring for these cylinders. Ive got some AA performance barrels and pistons on order.
Cheers neggy

I'm not sure about the specs.

But here is a great thread on how to do it. Obviously you won't be going out as big as 94mm but the idea is the same.

Might want to contact 'dangerous' Dave for more info.
