Font Trim on the bonnet fell off!
Just wondering what they use to stick on the self adhesive trim for the type 3 1970 squareback. When a little bit left was on, it was like a tar black
guey substance (Like expanding foamy glue).

adhesive? what adhesive?
There never was any. I think the might be the work of the previous owner.
You can try double sided foam tape for auto trims. Should be able to find it at major auto stores if not at auto paint/body suppliers if you choose
to go that way.

Yea Nic double sided foam tape you should be able to get from work. Make sure it ain't too thick though... don't want it protruding out metres from
the panels
