Rear seat upholstery

I am pissed off!
After months of night shift I finally get a chance to do something to the bug.

This is the rear seat base upholstery I bought after 3 trips from Gosford to Sydney.

Looks like the side skirts are around the wrong way to the top. I need the longer material at the front but it's at the rear. I have turned it around but it is shaped to fit the seat frame and doesn't fit.

Any suggestions? I want to rego this thing but this is giving me the shits

I have worked it out.
On the original seat covering there is a fabric piece stitched in. This one doesn't have it. Starting to grow tired of buying this stuff then having to fix it to make it fit.
I will have to get an upholsterer to sew in a piece to make it work. Like the tan piece in this photo

Yeah looks like it's not finished. Who's the manufacturer?

Not certain, got it from classic Veedub . Definitely an incomplete piece.
