WTB; kamei spoiler

I'm after a kamei spoiler for std beetle,I found some on eBay but they say for L&S bugs so I'm not sure if they fit std beetle bumper...

Any info would be great..

Thanks

Pretty sure they'll fit your car mate, ya bumpers should be same profile as an S and not a bad alternative to the real deal, they are a little different shape but do the job... We've had em on a couple cars...

And they're cheap

BIG difference in the bumpers..
Non Supers are nearly flat bumpers...

Supers are VERY Curved..
I actually have a superbug front bumper on My 68 Beetle.
with the bonnet up, I can stand between the body and the bumper.. they are very curved..

Lee

You must have a rear bumper on your car
Super and Std I believe are the same
the euro pumper on a 75L bug is the same as the one used on 76 beetles

I had a 76 on my 75 and there was no difference

Lee,
Supers and Standard Beetles use the exact same bumper, there is a mounting hole set for both Super and standard on them.
THere is no shape difference when talking original German bumpers.

The only reason there is a difference when talking Kamei spoilers is Supers the apron and gaurds curve under the car and standards they point out and many Kameis designed for supers hit the body on standards.

Yeah they are good.light and feel strong...as normal they might need a trim to fit the bumper depending the angle you want to have it....worth it I think....
