I got mine done last year, whole lot including kick board done for about $1200. That was using the material to match my front seats which was a marine vinyl. (Most expensive part) this was so my kids can climb over and what not and all it takes is a quick wipe down and we can go swimming and not worry too much about soaking the seats.
Work was done by Scott at master trim at kincumber and when I dropped my seat off he had another two he was working on. I believe he also does the trim work for east koast kombis at west Gosford.
I'll try to send some pics.
