I've got a set of old ones so I will use them as a template and make some new ones out of 3mm MDF unless I can find some 3 mm Masonite next week.
Fingers crossed it should be going to the upholstery shop the week after

I just made some for my wifes car out of 4.8mm masonite.....bad idea, to thick and a pain to bend into place.

If you're happy to use the standard 3.2 mm Masonite I have this LASER cut set.
They're a direct copy of the originals.
Cheers

Thanks Brad but I have made a set now from MDF, I have sealed the inside and around the edges with exterior clear timber finish, when they are ready
to go in I will put a sheet of plastic onto the door and glue another piece on the back of the board, should keep them dry, I will ring you tomorrow I
need a set of clips and rubber inserts we talked about the other day
Cheers
Roger
