[WTB - SA] Carby for a 1500SP

Hi All,

My current 30PICT2 has a fairly severe leak through the throttle shaft and some crud in the idle circuit that I just can get rid of.

So I am looking for a replacement.

Ideally looking for a 30PICT1 or 30PICT3 - so I can avoid the factory set idle circuit issues the 30PICT2 has.

But I am happy to go with a known working 30PICT2 or known working H30/31 too.

Cheers,
Mark

carby, 1500

30 pict differs a little depending on application. Power fuel circuit and distributor/car. What vehicle? Bus, beetle, karmann?

Tis a 1970 Beetle 1500SP.
It's currently running a 30PICT2 which just won't idle despite multiple baths and switching out the idle solenoid etc (supposedly a fairly common problem with the PICT2 according to a few ppl on thesamba).
Plus it has a fairly bad leak at the throttle shaft.

Cheers,
Mark

Have a couple of beetle 30 pact 1's. Am in Darwin at the mo, back home on Sunday if you can wait for picks.
