Buy some marine carpet from Clark Rubber (or similar) and use your old card as a template.
One of those easy little jobs that Looks a million $ - much better than the original lining even when new.

also make up a bit 3 ply to cover the spare wheel area and cover that with carpet as well

Dave @ All Car Carpets in Lilydale (03 97353349) did mine. Looks great. Two piece and just used my OG cardboard over the spare. Mention Chris with the

With carpet you can keep it all one piece.
The stock cardboard ones are only two piece as they don't have the flex like carpet and rip easily.
