Looking for a L BUG Boot lining


Hey there, i am looking for a front boot lining for a 75 superbug, mine is stuffed and looking for something that is a little neater than what i have

Think it will be a custom bit of carpet.

Never seen a stock one for sale
Could be wrong though

Buy some marine carpet from Clark Rubber (or similar) and use your old card as a template.

One of those easy little jobs that Looks a million $ - much better than the original lining even when new.

also make up a bit 3 ply to cover the spare wheel area and cover that with carpet as well

Dave @ All Car Carpets in Lilydale (03 97353349) did mine. Looks great. Two piece and just used my OG cardboard over the spare. Mention Chris with the brown L Bug, he will remember me.

With carpet you can keep it all one piece.
The stock cardboard ones are only two piece as they don't have the flex like carpet and rip easily.
