Always had good luck with Ryno insurance in Queensland, (they insure other states too)

garaged?
Off street?
On street?

Shannons are good - but only if you can get it off the street

I have a T3 Caravelle and insure with NRMA market value

Shannons are dearer but much easier on the selections of your policy.

LSV are cheaper, but more selective on what you are insuring.

Put it this way. I am a classic car restorer panel beater. I deal with this from both sides. I have never had any issue with Shannons in regards to 4 claims personally on 3 cars (over 22 years) and about a hundred repairs from a repairers point of view. They are the dearest

I have two cars insured with LSV (no claims) and have done dozens of repairs with more emphasis on the cost of repair.

NRMA and RACV Classic have an emphasis on what is a cheaper policy, and what is a cost of repair.

My old man has a T3 Synchro Camper and became a member of Campervan & Motorhome Club of Australia ( http://www.cmca.net.au ). Insurance broker is Ken Tame. Apparently it was a good deal and much cheaper than NRMA. Has to be a camper though

CIL insurance have won my vote for T3 trakka. Includes windscreen and towing and laptop and camera.
can pay off with no extra costs.
After calling 5 different places-its a relief.
