The off the shelf ones are no longer available.

How bad is it?
Black silcon and vinyl spray done carefully can work or speaker box felt, gorilla snot and some care

Its not too difficult to make one.

I had the same problem a long time ago of not finding anywhere that made/sold them so I just got some light carpet from the local upholstery shop, cut it to shape then had them edge it.

They told me it would only last 12 months, that was 14 years ago......

only thing that's happened is the edging has faded

Or you could go the plastic moulded type that goes over old dash.

Those caps are ok on a car that spends most of its life garaged but they quickly go to shit on one that spends any time out in the sun......
