How ratty? I've got a couple I could check out tomorrow. One has had screws put through it to hold it to a bracket on the back of the guard.

I've got the ones I pulled off my bug. You can have them if you've had no luck and are willing to pay freight. I'll grab a photo this weekend if
you like (they're not at my place). I live in Central Queensland, so freight shouldn't be too much.
