Sorry, its been a while...

First i had bought some repair panels.

The passenger heater channel will be returned and a whole new channel will be bought.

I also cleaned up the rust on my passenger guard, and from a donor guard i got from 'bushed' i made up a repair piece and rust treated it ready for welding.

I also bought some A Pillar repair panels that came from the UK. They are far superior to the cheap Chinese rubbish that can be easily sourced.

Then i purchased a better sway bar for the front beam. I am currently in the process of painting it black.

Bought some white-walls and cleaned them up and they look new :tu:

I now have the shell on a frame so it is now nice and solid to work on.

I cleaned back the front apron to bar metal so i can get to the rust down the sides...

I cleaned up the rust on the rear inner guard then with a bit of messy painting i managed to blend it all in - you can see where i was doing it by looking at the zinc'd sections...

That'll do for now :)

Coming along nicely mate.

I used the same front heater channel sections for mine, not sure what you think, but mine were a bit "off" and it took a lot of cutting, bending and swearing to get mine into a semblance of order..

Go easy when you weld them in, they are much thinner and will blow through when welding if your not careful, or if you have a cheap arse mig with bugger all control like me.
