[SOLD - VIC] 1970 Semi-Auto beetle. Needs to go!
Price: $5000. Any reasonable offer considered. Need funds for other projects.
Location: Clayton South, Victoria
Description:
- Car is in reasonable condition.
- Paint is showing signs of age especially on roof and bonnet, approximately eight years since it was resprayed.
- Engine is standard, has had top end work done (replacement heads) and runs well.
- Transmission and hydraulics are all good.
- Brakes are good.
- Steering box has some minimal play in it.
- Front bumper chrome has some flaking
- Some minor tears in head lining.
- Drivers seat has a rip in covering (sheepskin covers included)
- Doors have rust in the bottom, interior side only not visible from outside (donor doors included if required)
- Roadworthy not provided
- No rego
List of accessories:
- 5 x 130 stud pattern. Porsche 911 steel wheels + hubcaps. Tyres are in good condition. 2 x 135 (Nanking), 2 x 205/65/R15
- Stainless eyelids
- Chrome quarter glass breezies
- Sun visor
- Chrome side steps
- Gravel guards
- Door/bonnet handle scratch plates
- Chrome vent trim (front and rear)
- HoodJax (not shown)
- Bumper mounted front LED blinkers
- Chrome window wind/rain guards
- Pop-outs
- Stereo including Kenwood head unit, 600W Kicker Amp, Kenwood 6x9s (rear) and 4 inch (front kick panels)
- Zoom tube
I'm sure there's more that I've missed as well a few that aren't currently on the car.
Items required for roadworthy:
- Rear light plastics are faded
- Blinkers need resistor to slow flash rate
- Tyres need to be swapped due to disparate widths (these are included)
- Zoom tube would need to be swapped (never been pinged with it on, in fact the police commented on how cool it was last time I got pulled over)
