mmm, those are 61 indicators on the front guards. Maybe put some more photos up. Is the bonnet catch on the passengers side, assuming this is right hand drive.

how do i work out what year it is? i just pulled the motor out and found its a 1.6

its a 64, i think the old guy that used to own it passed away leaving it to his wife, his wife looks like she had the clutch replaced and who ever had done the repairs to it left the flywheel nut loose. she then put it up on blocks in the 90s then the guy i bought it from bought it from her and never did anything with it i think he had it for the last 2 years.

You can go off the (chassis) floor pan number under the back seat. CHeck dates on back of speedo and also a 61 has the bonnet release on the passengers side.

This is a good start to pinpoint the year.

No matter what year, just enjoy :smilegrin:

bonnet pull drivers side vin = 1964 i think its a bitsa
