Does anybody know where to get a radio controlled Kombi Body. Around 350mm long. Maybe they might have a fastback body as well. cheers tom

Never seen a type3 body or a kombi, especially in 1/10th. Doubt anyone makes them.... but it's been a couple years since I was looking. It used to rare to find even a beetle in Australia.

I've seen them earlier this year at Hobbyco in the Queen Victoria Building in the city. https://hobbyco.com.au/
They had both bodies to attach to your own chassis and full remote control kombis in 1:10 scale (Maisto)

No type 3 bodies available, have been searching for one for ages. Even tried to find a 1/10 scale toy type 3 to vacunm form a body from. The only toy's I could find seem to be 1/23rd scale by maisto. Would be cool to roll a notch body on my 100+ km/hr rc, paint up to mimic my notch.

As linked above have seen quite a few kombi and beetle bodies on ebay. Most kombi's look like they would require a fair bit of modification to fit most rc's. I am currently running a proline baja beetle body on mine.

Not a bad idea. Need to find someone with a 3d printer to make friends with.
