Out of curiosity, will the heater chanel for a super fit a 62 Beetle.

Im not concerned about the heater operation.

I'd double check with a supplier on that cos early channels had the twin captive plate in the front for the nelsons hat whereas later ones the channel stops at the inner skin of the front bulkhead and it's in there the captive nut sits.

This is from memory when I did the channel on my 03 many moons ago :)
