(wtb) T3 Steel Sliding Sunroof

Hi All,

Just putting the word out. I have a T3 Caravelle with the factory steel sliding sunroof. The sunroof panel itself has had some corrosion. It's repairable but of course a good replacement would be preferred. Any one wrecking or storing such a sunroof?

Cheers
Craig

Mick Motors at Northgate had one out back last time I was there. From memory they wanted $1300 for the whole vehicle.

That's the one I picked up - not at that price though:). It's turned out to be quite a nice bus, except for the sliding roof.

At one stage the locking mechanism must have broken, but instead of fixing it properly, the previous owner used silastic to hold it in place. Hence the sliding roof panel is now not the best.
