stuck tierod
hey guys ive tried nearly everything to get this inner tie rod out with no success
Broken my tierod tool
used a tie rod fork
used heat with tie rod fork
anything else you can think of

You need a ball joint seperator or 2 lump hammers hit either side of the tie rods taper at the same time to shock the thing free.
The seperator is like a large pair of scissors with a coarse screw thread at one end to force the other end/tie rod taper apart.
Otherwise it's off to a machine shop or garage with proper puller that can be placed in a hydraulic press.

I have a good quality ball joint breaker, its never let me down, maybe your ball joint breaker wasn't a good quality one?

Put the ball joint breaker onto the tie rod end and load it up, then use the two hammers to hit either side of the ball joint on the pitman arm, if
you have to take the pitman arm out of the car, works for me every time.
