This is the VAG group not just VW
It may mean if they go for F1 that the AUDI and Porsche teams will no longer do Le Mans
VW may pull out of Rallying.
So although yes it'd be great to see VW in F1 I dont want it to be at the expense of there other motorsport teams.

They plan to use a type 4 engine because of the extra torque.
