Are you talking about the water manifold? They can be stuck on.
Or is it the inlet manifold?

The throttle body 4 bolts should allow it to come off pretty easily. Grab it and pull it up and down.

Still cant get ej2.2 manifold off , is it glued or just gaskets, I don't watch to damage anything. Paul from brisbane cheers
