[FS - SA] 2x Project 1955 Oval Beetles
I've come to the realisation that I have too many projects & I can't see myself getting onto this one in the forceable future.

1 complete car (well reasonably, a lot of steal missing) this one is a January-August 1955 model, same style as the previous 1954 model. Ribed doors,
icepick door handles, large fuel cap etc. engine runs well for something that has been sitting for 30+ years & gearbox works & changes
smoothly (for a split case gearbox). This car has LOTS of rust & is best off a parts prospective (pan would probably be alright if you could
source new pan halves)
1 Shell that has been chopped down many years ago into a Baja body, this one is however a August-December 1955 model which was essentially the 1956
model, later model door handles (only has 1 door) no notches in door pillar (see photos of complete car for reference) smaller fuel cap, etc. This
shell has surface rust with the only hole a pin size one on the inside of the front windscreen, A pillars, Heater channels & other common areas
for rust are all good & solid. Has been kept under cover for the best part of 40+ years. have front & rear cuts off later model beetle
~1958-1960 to bring the body back to standard.
Lots of spare bits & pieces, 3x interior lights, 1 set of rear snowflake tail lights, 1 set of original Hella snowflake tail light glass, 1 set of
Semaphores + other set in the complete car, 1 complete elephant ear indicator with spare lens, lots of original un cracked dash knobs, un cracked
white shims that go behind doorhandle/window winder. Spare early pan to suit 1955 August-December beetle. will no doubt come across more early beetle
parts & will throw those in too.
