Why do you want light truck?

I have Toyo 215/65 x 14 and am happy with them.

Decent A/T tyres are hard to get nowadays in 14". You could try BF Goodrich A/T if you want to do a lot of off road.

I read it on samba, so it must be correct.

Sometimes Volkswagen dealers sell spare parts. Amazing isn't it!

Exactly the choice of A/t are limited in a maxxis mt753 14" and gives me no choice but use a light truck toyo or bridgestone to get correct ratio, 185r14 (light truck) is suggested by spec plate/sticker

I don't have any issues with width as the van Is currently fitted with 225 on the rear so scrubbing isn't a issue I want to increased side wall height and rolling diameter..........

Hi Anths,

You'll find a variety of opinions in this thread:
http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=100319&page=1#pid937505

I'm running Diamondback 185R14C 102/100N tyres at 42 p.s.i. front and rear and I'm very happy with all aspects so far (approx. 15,000 km since purchased).

I can't comment on off-road performance.
