Kirkey Alloy Race Seat – For Sale.

I recently purchased sight unseen, a Kirkey alloy race seat for a drag bug project we’re trying to put together … but as luck would have it, it’s a bit tight around the acre.

The seat is a Kirkey Intermediate Double Rib Support model in excellent condition, coded 36100 with a 14” seat width and a 20° layback … and designed to accommodate a five point harness. NOTE … 14” seat width, reasonably narrow, so suit slim person.

According to Kirkey, it’s basically the same as the deluxe model, manufactured with the same high grade materials, but without the rib and head support double panel.

Features: 0.125 thick 5052 grade aluminium TIG welded outside and MIG welded inside for added strength. Headrest reinforced with Kirkey's unique tubular rolled edge for added strength. Offset aluminium extrusion around perimeter of seats adds extra strength and safety. Seat bottom contoured in rear for multi-angled seat position mounting and raised in front for thigh support.

The seat mount has ‘T’ section Beetle seat adjustable rails (’71 and on), but could be easily modified to suit any application.

Asking $200. Pickup from Central Coast. Could deliver to Hornsby or Sydney’s Northern Beaches if required.

Can email additional images. Text or call with details.
