SOLD FS. Lindsay Smith tools & other tools plus a few parts
Hi,
Time for a clear out, tools and a few parts left over from the 1970 Beetle I rebuilt a few years ago. Most supplied by Lindsay Smith, good heavy duty
tools, some of the paint has rubbed off. Plus some tools I made up my self at work, I am a fitter tuner by trade, made in stainless steel because that
is what we have in the workshop. As well as some basic Beetle tools and parts.
Would prefer to sell as one job lot say $175 the lot, collected from Cleveland.
Super Works Heavy duty Engine stand and Linddsay Smith yoke.
Lindsay Smith engine lifting cradle.
Lindsay Smith engine case parting tool.
Lindsay Smith oil pump puller.
Linsay Smith Rear hub/flywheel locking tool
36mm socket welded to 20mm square solid bar for rear hub nut and crank bolt with 40mm HD box tube to use as extention.
Homemade ball joint splitter, heavy duty, stainless steel.
Turned stainless steel adaptors to press out and in front suspension ball joints, no need to disturb rubber boots when pressing in new joints, for use
with hydraulic press.
clutch alignment tool.
Crankseal drift.
Drift for? possibly rear torsion bar bushes, sorry do not remember.
Oil filler nut tool.
TRW steering box, possible Ok to use as is or for rebuild.
Engine pulley with timing marks.
Steering wheel, perhaps suit rat.
