1960. 6 or 12 volt as car is now running 12 but have. Voltage dropper

what is the shaft to shaft measurement?
have something here from a bug 57 ...had my own 60 Ghia so am compassionate
into kombis now
parting a 71 Super

Will have. Check on the weekend for the measurement.
Also going to see if a late model 12v setup will fit if I make a ne mounting bracket.
