Did you pay using credit card? Could call them and dispute the transaction?

I will call the credit card company tomorrow.

I wonder if they will have any luck getting hold of George!

Dave

Edit, supposed to lodge a dispute within 30 days of the transaction! I am a month too late thanks to the awesome response from CVD. I will still try anyway.

Hooray!

Finally talked to the man himself! I was iso shocked to get an answer I forgot what I was missing! Had to run down to the house; told George all the missing bits, " no problem mate, give me 3 days"
He doesn't check emails as he gets too many!

Stressful and plain too hard, I used to use him as he is the cheapest....

Bugging me as I can't use my new dissy until the coil arrives:grind:

Pertronix Australia have the coils in stock in Melbourne, but I already paid CVD for mine:mad:

Maybe today?

Gave up last month waiting for orders placed Jan and Feb.

Also received wrong parts, despite emailing with specific instructions.

There are far better suppliers about at just as competitive pricing.

I have used George and luckily I havent had a problem.
But as there are posts complaining about his service every 3 months, I am aware that it might take a while to get my parts and I take that into consideration, if I need the parts urgently I will order elsewhere.
To be honest as these posts are started about every 3 months, if you order from him you should know its at your risk.

At last (almost!)

Yea, I got the coil yesterday!!

And the bonus free SS J pipes:cool: (Thanks CVD!)

Still no indicator switch or door mirror:mad:

Part no's 98-9576 and 113857514B Both items showing "in stock" both items marked as "shipped" on my invoice. George was informed of all the missing items when I did talk to him.

One last push from G and it will all be over:crazy:

This might help.

http://www.wikihow.com/Tell-if-Someone-Is-Dead
I like to use point 3 below

3. Poke the person a little. If there is any sort of reaction, the person is likely to be alive; however, even this isn't a certain indicator either way, as an unconscious person may show no response, while a dead person may expel air and noise.
If the person seems to be sleeping, gently shake him or her.

Of course its irrelevant to me now weather he is dead or alive i waited 12 months for a TMI interior luckily it didn't hold me up much as i was planning for George to take some time but as the schedule got closer I cancelled and ended up getting one elsewhere.
