Volkswagon Beetle Deluxe 1967

Hoping I can get some advise,

I have been a member for 2 years but am finally now able to look to buy a 60's Volkswagen Beetle.

What should I look out for when buying a beetle?I am a complete novice in the Beetle Community but am hoping to meet some different people and to go for some runs with other members.

I am looking for a mid 60's beetle (for around $10,000) and it has to be a deluxe as i love the look if anyone knows anyone with one let me know and am looking for something that has to be reliable as a daily.
