Hi all, I'm a long time lurker but finally taking the time to post.
Having previously owned and enjoyed a 68 Baja bug And going on outings with a few clubs, ive wanted to get back into vw's but this time something different. A kit car.

I'm currently doing up a Kelmark Gt. these are U.S. made and considered quite rare especially here in Australia. I have only seen or heard of about 3 or 4. Mine has a beetle chassis and originally had a 1600tp engine. This was replaced by a Twin Turbo Subaru engine for a time.

The vehicle has been neglected for some time so I think its time for rebuild. Im planning to return it to its roots of a vw engine but for how long im not sure.

Anyway, i hope to gain info and inspiration from fellow members which will help speed my project along.

Cheers
Glenn.

Welcome Glenn. The Kelmark looks like its doing a 100 miles an hour sitting still.
Some of these kit cars are cool as. And as they're not common they turn heads.
Can't wait to see it all back on the road.
