WTD - Pre 64 Beetle drivers door window frame - SORTED

Hello all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has a pre-64 drivers door from a Beetle that is in a pretty sorry state but the frame that houses the qtr window and wind up window is still in good condition?

If so I'd appreciate being able to buy just the frame so I can repair where a telegraph pole fell on this door back in the 60's and wasn't very well repaired by the bodyshop.

I'm in north Brisbane but can pay for shipping and a bit extra to cut the frame from the door. So if anyone can help that'd be great :)

PM me or txt on 0415 083360. I'm a bit phone phobic so PM or txt would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Mike

Hiya James,

Below is a picture of the door cut required. Drawn red lines on at the bottom of the window aperture for where to cut. All the frame north of the red line is what should solve my bent window frame issue.

Cheers,
Mike

Cool dude.

Where abouts are you and what time is best for the wife to pick it up? Depending when she heads down and back up, which could be fairly late at night, then maybe leave the frame somewhere she can grab it and leave the cash in an envelope in your letterbox?

Cheers,
Mike
