regulator

Hello all
A question I have a 67 which I am making my own wiring, now the engine has an alternator and was wondering if I need to fit a regulator? The alternator has b+ and D? Terminals. Now I know there is probably a diagram for this but having trouble to locate
Many thanks

Google internal regulated alternator, that is what yours sounds like, the D terminal will need to go to a alternator light on the dash, B+ to the battery/fusible link to the battery

It will all be OK in the end, if it's not OK it's not the end!

That sounds good to me.

The B+ will be the 2 red cables from the generator wil need to be joined together.

I read it on samba, so it must be correct.

Sometimes Volkswagen dealers sell spare parts. Amazing isn't it!
