Mag Info Update
Hi Everyone,
Well, it's been a hectic last part of the year here with all sorts of decisions being made about this and that. In 2016 we'll be pushing ahead with
a paper version of "volksamerica" magazine - due out in March 2016. volksamerica #1 in print has a contemporary design with a mix of new
and a smidge of old content from the former freebie digi originals. Make no mistake though, this is nothing like the old mags. With a US editor and a
US assistant editor, it'll be designed by me. 96 pages, full color with a deluxe theme. More info on how to pre-order at http://volksamerica.com
The new Kombi Life mag came out last week. Check it out at http://vwcampermagazine.com/kombilife/kombi-life-vw-magazine-012/ Biggest one ever and some serious content. Brilliant job by
the team! Special thanks to Odette in NSW who joined us for the first time with her insight into Oz Kombis.
And finally... told you it had been a hectic last part of the year... Aircooled Classics mag is going into print in 2016. We've had many,
many people ask repeatedly about it and finally we can say yes, it is. The aim is to slot the issues of AC in between volksamerica so there
is a nice spread of paper mags from us across the year. I'll be editing Aircooled Classics.
Thank you for your support over the last 3-4 years. It's been an absolute pleasure working with the freelancers, hearing the stories and making many
new friends who own or once owned these VWs & Porsches. You know who you all are. 2016, and thereafter, is going to be a period of challenging yet
fun times. I hope you can join us on the journey ahead. We've come so far in such a short time and we look forward to serving the world with our
style of magazines.
