2011 Polo GTi rear suspension

Does anyone know about where I can get rear suspension for my 2011 Polo GTi?
I have a leaking rear shock and want to see what my options are
I have looked at the Bilstein cattle dog and nothing

Scoured the web and can only find snippets here and there
