yes - i bang on a bit about Italian Webers and Dels over other stuff

here are a couple of pictures that I think prove a point

One is a picture of the washers that sit under the needle and seat of some Chinese IDF's and the other picture are venturis
L to R is Chinese, Spanish and Italian

Yes the Italian ones are larger than the other.

but seeing carbs are all about smooth air flow............

Not to mention the porous alloy castings, cheap pressed metal plugs for galleries instead of solid brass or ali etc etc.

Better off buying MSD fuel injection kit :)
