WTD - Early Beetle wiper arms

Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone has some wiper arms from either 52-56 or 57-64 laying about forlorn and unloved?

I've just noticed I have one from each time period fitted to my Oval and would like a matching pair or either variety.

Let me know if you can help.

cheers,
Mike

Southspark - here are the different types.

52-57 style that the arm is part of the wiper blade and screws into the spindle end.

58-64 has the wiper blade slide onto the arm and attach with a small screw

After this they got bigger and used sprung wiper blades.

Cheers,
Mike

Possibly with the later end towards 64 but my 59 ones are straight and all the Split n Ovals were straight.

Wiper Arms

Hi Mike,
I have a wiper arm from an early model - 1960's. Needs new rubber blade and a screw.
Has the tightening nut and sleeve.

Happy to swap for a 1915 Dual Weber Engine or otherwise $5.

I am located in the Grange.
Cheers
Mark

Hiya Mark,

I'll double check what I have and get back to you but might be a go there. I can manage the $5. Afraid I don't have a 1915 lying around to trade :)

No worries on the blades as already got these.

Cheers,
Mike
