Hi mate, have you tried weberperformance.com.au? Have used them in the past - good service
Also I've just got a parcel (today actually) from dellorto.co.uk
Very quick, just over a week to get here. Would be good exchange rates too now........better then when I paid last week! 
I got Dell stuff from them but they sell weber parts too

Mick Motors have a big box of different Jets and Venturis if you give them a call and ask them what they have.
If they dont have what you want - they should be able to order in for you
