FS 55 beetle ( ribbed door ) SOLD
55 ribbed door beetle. (SOLD)
Was a vic club rego car before coming to SA. Never registered here but defected at ID station for being too low.
This car is ratty and has been sitting in a driveway in the elements.
Runs a 4" narrowed beam with drop spindles
Notched rear spring plates
New tyres all round
Has had a replacement headliner installed along with new carpets
Reupholstered front seats with seat belts
Original door cards and rear seat ( vinyl in good condition but stitching has gone )
Has a no1 36hp engine ( period correct but not matching no )
New popouts
New door and window rubbers
Structurally sound, Matching pan and body
This car starts,stops and does all the things it's suppose to.
Comes with a standard beam brake to brake( needs a good clean) and second set of wheels.
Don't have the skills or money to get her back on the road. Very regretful sale but family comes first. Asking $12500 Ono
