1964 Beetle wiper blades
Which wiper blades are suited to 60's Beetles? I was on the Tridon website and it says that the TBL11 will suit, however I was at Supercheap earlier
and they didn't look as they would screw into the wiper arm as the original ones do?

Australian ones were once made by Trico. They had the same flat straight blade as the Euro ones, but the mounting was simpler and flatter, just a
small u-channel held on with one rivet so it could move back and forth.
Those Euro ones look a bit different with the round mounting thing on the top. They should still fit though - only one screw hole. You'll have to go
to one of the Melbourne VW specialist shops to get them, or buy online.
The Tridon TBL11 is totally wrong - looks more suitable to Superbug or Golf.

Went back to Supercheap today with the wiper and just got some suitable refills. Here are some pictures if anyone needs them for future reference.

I wouldn't mind getting hold of them wiper frames. The flat type usually fitted to those arms aren't great. Any ideas where to get them?

I don't think they are available anymore. I tried Google to find a pair and nothing came up. They have the marking CPV on the frame and are 8.5
inches long.
