Gen 3 Outback seats into a 67 Bug?
Hi all,
I have recently bought a Subaru Outback gen 3 and it has really nice seats in it and was wondering if they would fit into a 67 beetle floor or if
anyone has done it before.
As I am quite tall and my Mum is quite short they would need to move as she will be driving it part time.
Thanks
Michael

Look for BMW E36 coupe seats. They are height adjustable and I can supply you with the design for mounting brackets.

In the interest of cheap I would like to use the outback seats or get the seats I already have redone, the outback seats are a lot more comfortable
than the other seats and I plan on driving Blaster a lot so Cheap+Comfort is outback but Cheap+not as comfy is the seats I already have redone.
Thanks and if I do change my mind and get some b-mer seats I will let you know.
Cheers
Michael

I've got Subaru seats in my Baja. Made brackets to suit the original seat bases. A mate also has Subaru seats in his as well as the rear seat,
didn't require much to fit the rear apparently.
