electric power steering

Hi

Beside my Beetle I also own a Nissan 180SX that I do the odd motor sport event in and I've been learning to drift in it.

The power steering pump was making some weird noises, a rebuild kit was $450 and being an import there arnt amny 2nd hand ones around. A very common conversion is to fit an electric power steering pump from a Holden Astra.

I finished the conversion today and I'm very happy with it. So if you wanted to fit power steering to your VW I can recommend on of these pumps.
