Assembly of rear irs arms

Hi guys, I'm just dummy fitting my rear rotors and custom caliper brackets etc.. When I lightly tighten the hub nut the disc becomes really tight and hard to turn... Any ideas why??? It's never done this before...

Do you have a manual and are all of the spacers in there place, I am assuming that the caliper brackets are in place, have you tried tightening it up slowly while you are turning the hub and see if there are any marks where it is rubbing, Post a photo of your set up.
