Hi
The loom on my car was way beyond my abilities, I had Al Butler at Sunspares in Brisbane do mine, there's also a guy ion Newcastle that does them as
well, his name is Andrew Todd.
Cheers Steve

Cruise contol is a stand alone system and can be isolated.
Keyless entry is also stand along and does on affect the immobilizer.
Just keep your key/immobilizer/ECU matched up.

You can isolate like mackaymanx says. It shouldn't be a problem. I have done about 3 wiring looms myself in the past but for the time it takes me
where I could be doing other parts of a conversion I send the harness down to AGT engineering in Newcastle to be done these days.
About to send a 2000 EJ20 loom down for him to do, turn around is about 2 weeks or faster.
Ohh and a tip if you are going to do it yourself... i use occy straps and hang the whole harness like a web in my shed, that way you can strip, group,
label standing up and really stretch out the wires so they dont get in the way. I tried doing it on tables but just didnt work for me.
Do you have the correct pinout? Always helps if you have a good color A3 printout of wiring and pin layout
