WTB 1968 Beetle Rear Seat/Luggage Retaining Strap Hook End

I know this is a very long shot, but I am after the hook end that goes on the rear seat/luggage retaining strap per the photo. I believe they were on Beetles from 1965 to early 70's but unsure. I have the rest of the parts, just after the end hook that has a white plastic roller on it. New ones are available but don't have the roller.
Cheers.....Wayne

Thanks, yes I could but I really want the OEM part as it was in the 60's. Problem finding one is that the strap it was attached to usually rotted away in the sun coming through the back window and then the parts got lost or chucked out.

Not trying to cruel you but I had a new strap in the box for about 40 years and sold it a year or so ago. The parts are still out there you just have to locate them.

Thanks Yogie, but I am unsure on that one. As I only need the hook with the roller and I can readily buy new strapping and have a trimmer stitch it, I have started to fabricate my own hook. It will certainly not look original but it may be ok. I will post up a pic when it is done.
